Introduction to Interpreting Minimum Qualifications

This half-day class taught by members of the Staffing Division is designed to provide employees new to human resources with the basic information they will need when interpreting minimum qualifications.  Topics include the following: definition of "professional level" experience; pro-rating experience; crediting military experience; crediting vocational-technical training; crediting college; verifying transcripts.  Participants will work with sample exercises to apply what they have learned in the course.

All classes begin at 8:15 AM and end at 12:00 PM.
