Issue Date: December 4, 1996

For the past few years, many of the registers on the General

Clerical Exam and the Professional Entry Test have been open to

application on a two month rotating basis. Effective December

1, 1996 these registers will be open to application

continuously, year round.

A list of these registers appears below. Interested applicants

may now apply for any of these registers any time.
