General Circular No. 001241 issued on May 22, 1996 listed the agency assignments of consultants in the Examining Division. Because of staff reductions, it has been necessary to reassign two consultants so their agencies must be assigned to different consultants. The Departments whose Examining contact has changed are listed below with your new primary contact and an alternate. If your Department is not listed here, your Examining contact remains as stated in General Circular No. 001241.

The contact persons are to be used by agency Personnel Office staff. The names should not be given out or used by individual state employees with questions about their grades or applications but should only be used by Personnel Office staff. State employees may call the number listed but will be routed to the specific consultant who handled his or her application, which may or may not be the same person as the agency contact.
