Subject: Proposed Exam Schedule For Fiscal Year 1994-1995

There are several tests that are open to permanent state

employees on a continuous basis and open to the public on a

cycle. Certificates are normally issued on a continuous basis

for the jobs covered by these registers.

At present, during the closed to the public months, the

announcement schedule on the OPEN system "List of Exams"

display will be "PBS"; during the open months, the announcement

schedule will be "CTS".

This list shows the months that certain tests will be open to

the public during FY 94-95.

Test Series 4000 - The General Clerical Exam

Test Series 4500 - The Clerical Supervisor Exam

August 1994 February 1995
