Subject:            Expiration Dates of Civil Service Certificates of Eligibles

 

Issue Date:       May 30, 2006

 

 

The Staffing Division has changed the duration of Civil Service Certificates of Eligibles.  Effective May 22, 2006 the expiration date for a Certificate of Eligibles will be three (3) months from the issue date.  Certificates of Eligibles issued prior to this change will be effective until three (3) months after the date of issue.  Extensions beyond three (3) months will require approval by the Staffing Division.
