Subject: Amendment to Layoff Avoidance Rule Withdrawn

Issue Date: October 28, 2005

The proposed amendment to Civil Service Rule 17.7, Fifty Percent (50%) Reduction in Work Hours as a Layoff Avoidance Measure has been withdrawn. The State Civil Service Commission will not consider the proposed amendment at its November 2, meeting.
