Subject:            Eligible Score Conversion

The Staffing Division is issuing this circular to reflect recent changes made to “Eligible” registers.                                                                                                                          

 

Effective November 8, 2004 all “Eligible” grades were converted to a numerical grade of “99” in order to enable us to add veterans’ points for qualifying military service.  The series and card numbers have not changed, but certificates will show a converted score of “99” to which veterans’ points will have been added if applicable.  All grades remain certifiable, so there is no change in how these grades can be used.  New grade notices were not issued to candidates with grades effective at the time of conversion.  Grade notices issued after November 8, 2004 will have a numerical grade.
