Subject: Certifiable Labels Request

Issue Date: February 27, 2002

Beginning March 1, 2002, agencies will be able to request labels only for original appointments to continuously announced jobs that have certifiable scores rather than submitting an SF-2 to request a certificate. The attached form is on our web site under "Downloadable Forms". This form must be completed in its entirety and may be faxed (225-342-2386) or mailed. Upon receipt, the name/address labels for applicants with certifiable scores on the requested register will usually be mailed the next business day. We will not issue labels without certificates in any other circumstances.
