This view is organized by the PAY SCHEDULE and PAY LEVEL of the jobs in the six different pay schedules in the Louisiana State Civil Service system. Search by choosing a pay level or levels from the list box.

This view is organized according to the annual minimum pay for each Louisiana State Civil Service job. Jobs from different pay schedules are combined in this view. Search by choosing a pay range minimum from the list box to see jobs at that minimum pay, and up.

About salary in the classified system: Agencies have flexibility when hiring, and do not always hire at the minimum of the pay range. Many jobs have special hiring rates above the minimum. These rates are noted on vacancy postings. Agencies may also pay above the minimum for applicants who have superior qualifications. Please keep this information in mind when selecting a minimum rate of pay during your search.
