Performance Planning And Review-Train The Trainer

This 1-day class is open only to training and human resource professionals whose appointing authorities have designated them as Performance Planning and Review (PPR) trainers for their facility or agency, and have supplied the names of the designees to the Department of Civil Service.

General Circular #001470, issued January 24, 2002, advised agencies that after July 1, 2002, Agency (in-house) PPR training will be accepted ONLY if it is conducted by an individual who has received certification from the Department of Civil Service to perform PPR training.  This certification includes the completion of the PPR Train-the-Trainer course, the PPR for Supervisors course, and the Documenting for Performance and Discipline course.
