The Classification and Pay Division will be conducting training on the flexible pay rules including the new rules that go into effect on January 1, 2000 at the following times and locations:

Louisiana School for the Deaf, 2888 Brightside Lane, Baton Rouge

• November 15th, 16th, and 17^th, 1999 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Game Room behind the Administration Building.

Jefferson Technical College, 5200 Blair Drive (right off Airline Highway), Metairie

• November 30^th, 1999 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room #16

Huey P. Long Annex Auditorium, 352 Hospital Boulevard, Pineville.

• December 6^th, 1999 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00p.m.

University Medical Center in Shreveport, 1501 Kings Highway, Shreveport

• December 9^th, 1999 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the first floor auditorium

Other sessions will be scheduled as necessary.

Seating at each session is limited so you MUST RSVP in order to be assured of a seat. You may wish to bring some of your upper level managers who will be assisting you in developing policies.
