Subject:           PPR Planning and Rating Deadlines          

         

Issue Date:      September 19, 2008

 

 

Due to circumstances created by Hurricanes Gustav and Ike, we are extending any applicable deadlines related to PPR planning and rating until December 1, 2008.  Any planning or rating document that was due beginning August 30, 2008 will be considered compliant if it is completed by Monday, December 1, 2008. 

 

You may wish to attach a copy of this circular to any hard copies of planning and rating documents for which you are going to grant this extension.  In addition, if you are an ISIS HR user, you may wish to attach a text document to the Appraisals Infotype.  Doing so will help you identify those employees who were rated timely based on this extension.   

 

If you need an extension beyond December 1, 2008 based on conditions that may exist in specific areas affected by Gustav or Ike, please contact your Assistance Coordinator at
