MAKE THIS GENERAL CIRCULAR AVAILABLE TO ALL CPTP AND MANDATORY TRAINING
COORDINATORS.
Civil Service, along with the CPTP Program, would like to announce a new class available to supervisors titled “Strategies for Supervisory Success.” This 1-day class is designed to help participants develop strategies to effectively assume their supervisory roles within their agencies. Learning objectives include managing your transition to a supervisory role, building personal credibility, developing work group commitment, and implementing action planning within the agency.

We would also like to inform you that the class Developing a Motivated Workgroup, a class mandatory for supervisors in Supervisory Group 1, is now a 1-day course. Previously, the class was a day and a half.
