Directions to SATURDAY TESTING CENTERS

IMPORTANT:  Test monitors at our Saturday test centers can NOT tell you which test you should take for specific State jobs.  You are responsible for knowing which exam you want to take when you report to one of these centers.  Please see our Civil Service Tests page for help in choosing the exam you want to take, or look up the specific State job for which you want to test in the Job Information and Test Finder page.

 

OPELOUSAS

Tests are given at Louisiana Technical College - T. H. Harris Campus at 322 East South Street.

 

From Baton Rouge: Take I-10 West towards Lafayette.  Merge onto I-49 N/US-167 N via EXIT 103B toward Opelousas.  Merge onto US-190 W via EXIT 19B toward Opelousas. Turn LEFT onto S. Main St.  Turn LEFT onto E South St.

 

From Alexandria:  Take US-165 BR toward 3^rd Street.  Continue to follow US-165 BR.  Turn LEFT onto Main Street/LA-1208 4 N.  Turn LEFT onto US-165 BR/Jackson St/LA 1208 3.  Turn LEFT onto ramp.  Merge into I-49 South.  Merge onto US-190 W via EXIT 19 toward Opelousas. Take I-10 West towards Lafayette.  Merge onto I-49 N/US-167 N via EXIT 103B toward Opelousas.  Merge onto US-190 West via EXIT 19B toward Opelousas.  Turn LEFT onto S. Main St.  Turn LEFT onto E South St.
