Directions to SATURDAY TESTING CENTERS

IMPORTANT:  Test monitors at our Saturday test centers can NOT tell you which test you should take for specific State jobs.  You are responsible for knowing which exam you want to take when you report to one of these centers.  Please see our Civil Service Tests page for help in choosing the exam you want to take, or look up the specific State job for which you want to test in the Job Information and Test Finder page.

LAKE CHARLES

Tests are given at McNeese State University, off Ryan Street

From I-10, take Exit 34, 210 Loop Southbound. Go about 6.2 miles on I-210, take Exit 6A toward Ryan Street. Go 0.2 miles and at the light take a left onto Ryan Street. Continue on Ryan Street to Sale Street. Take a left onto Sale Street. Take a right onto Vernon Drive (second right after you get on Sale Street). Go to the stop sign at Cameron Drive. The parking lots will be to the left and right at the intersection of Vernon and Cameron. The tests are given in Farrar Hall (name is on the building), next to the Memorial Gym (just north of the parking lot on the right).
