Vehicle Compliance Analyst Test Sample Questions
series 7900 / 7901
The Motor Vehicle Compliance Analyst Test is given for
jobs in the Office of Motor Vehicles that issue driver's licenses, license
plates and title registrations in field offices, and perform other compliance
functions in other Motor Vehicle offices.
It
consists of a video component, the Customer Service Video (47 questions), and a
written test component, the Written Office Skills exam (40 questions). The video portion is designed to measure
customer service, situational judgment, teamwork, human interaction,
observation and analysis, and calm response to provocation and frustrating
situations. The written test component
is designed to measure Reading Comprehension, Math, and Coding and/or Following
Instructions.
NOTE: This exam is available on certain weekdays
at the Baton Rouge Testing Center or at our other Saturday test centers.
