for extension of a temporary 5% adjustment for Ms. Janis Landry, effective July

School Employees’ Retirement
System – to
convert a previously approved temporary 2% adjustment for Ms. Jennifer
Champagne, Administrative Assistant 5, to a permanent payment and add an
additional 3% (for a total of 5%) adjustment, effective July 14, 2008. Department
recommends approval of a 2% permanent adjustment.

Department of Treasury – for a conversion from a
5% lump-sum recurring pay adjustment to a permanent 5% pay adjustment for Ms.

Department of Treasury – for a one time lump-sum
pay adjustment of $3,600.00 (3.3%) for Ms. Alexis Thompson, State Treasury Debt

Department of Public Safety
and Corrections – Corrections Services – for a lump-sum recurring 10% pay adjustment for

requested effective June 27, 2008, for the duration of the additional
