of the Department of Culture, Recreation, and Tourism for a 10% Optional Pay
Adjustment for additional duties for Ms. Beverly Shaw, Accountant Administrator

recommends approval of a 7% Optional Pay Adjustment for equal level duties,
effective October 10, 2007.

8) Request
of the Department of Health and Hospitals to convert the current $1.50
hourly premium pay into base pay for position #2245, in accordance with Civil
