APPROVED THE PAY PLAN PROPOSAL EXHIBIT I TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM RATES OF THE
AS, MS, TS, WS, AND SS SCHEDULES BY 10% AND THE PS SCHEDULE BY 14%, EFFECTIVE
JUNE 30, 2007.

the midpoint of the range for all jobs in the Administrative Services (AS) and

Health Care Services Division, University Medical Center establish premium
pay up to $5.00 per hour for all hours worked for all employees in the
Nutritional Services Department who obtain specific certifications, effective
July 16, 2007. Department recommends

b. Department
of Environmental Quality establish premium pay of $5.20 per hour for all
hours worked for any new Environmental Scientist 1-3 positions in the Office of
Environmental Assessment, Environmental Technology Division, Toxicology Section,

c. Department of
Health and Hospitals, Office of Mental Health, Eastern Louisiana Mental Health
