recommends approval for a 5% lump sum payment for lower level duties. (Appearance by a representative of the

of the Office of Mental Health for a lump sum Optional Pay adjustment in the
amount of 5%, for additional duties, for Ms. Deborah Z. Taylor, Information
Technology Technical Support Specialist 2, in accordance with Civil Service
Rule 6.16.2. Department recommends approval for a 2% lump sum payment for equal
level duties for a total of 7%; agency has already given 5%.
