Manager 1, for the temporary performance of additional duties, effective
October 3, 2005.
b. Department
of Civil Service, Division of Administrative Law - for an optional pay
adjustment of 5% for Ms. Vivian Guillory, Attorney-Deputy General Counsel 2,
for temporary additional duties, effective February 17, 2006.

2) Request
