2006 furlough of 3 employees in accordance with Civil Service Rule 17.2(b) and
approval to extend that furlough in accordance with Civil Service Rule 17.8(c)
to close of business on April 27, 2006.

2) Request
of the Nunez Community College to extend two furloughs of a total of 12

amount of 5% for Mr. Gerard Hart, Facility Maintenance Manager 3, effective

c. Department of Economic Development
– for a permanent optional pay adjustment in the amount of 10% for Ms. Kathy

Deputy Assistant Secretary, effective January 30, 2006 through January 29,

extend a previously approved temporary 5% optional pay adjustment for Mr.
