(a) The minimum leave donation amount is decreased from 8 hours to 4 hours.
(b) The donor’s leave balance is reduced from 160 hours to 140 hours.
(c) Other minor items have been modified for clarity.

10) Request of the Jennings Housing Authority, under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 6.16.1, to establish a policy for a Rewards and Recognition Program effective November 27, 2002. Those employees in the Public Housing division who are responsible, as a team, for their division achieving a rating of a High Performer designation as defined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development – up to 4% of annual salary.
