8) Update by the Department of Health Hospitals relative to the outcome of their Budget Hearing at the Legislature. (Appearance by a Representative of the Department of Health and Hospitals.) 13) Request of the Department of Corrections, for authority under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 4.1(d)2 to establish a temporary unclassified position for the Parole Board for a period of two years. This position will serve as a liaison between the Parole Board and the Risk Review Panel in order to implement Act 403 of the 2001 Regular Session of the Legislature. 14) Request of the Department of Revenue, under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 6.27(a), for an ongoing exception to pay overtime at the time and one-half rate for the title of Administrative Specialist 3 in the Operations Division.
