8) Performance Planning and Review Reports by the following Agencies:

1. Mr. Raymond Jetson, Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities, Department of Health and Hospitals. THE COMMISSION RECEIVED A REPORT BY MR. RAYMOND JETSON, DIRECTOR, OFFICE FOR CITIZENS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.

9) Public hearing to consider the following rule proposals: amend Rule 7.4; amend Rule 8.10.1; amend Rule 9.1(f); and amend Rule 17.26, as outlined in General Circular No. 001431. 10) Public Pay Hearing to consider proposed changes to the Classification and Pay Plan and a Structure Adjustment to the General and Medical Pay Schedules as outlined in General Circular No. 001434.

EXHIBITS F, G AND H AND THEIR SUPPLEMENTS WERE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNOR AND THE GOVERNOR SETTING THE IMPLEMENTATION DATE FOR THE EXHIBITS. THE COMMISSION APPROVED THE PAY GRIDS AS PRESENTED FOR THE STRUCTURE ADJUSTMENT, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNOR AND THE GOVERNOR SETTING THE IMPLEMENTATION DATE .

11) Request of New Orleans City Park, for ongoing-unclassified authority under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 4.1(d)2, for one (1) position of Records Manager for the Botanical Garden. (Appearance by a Representative of New Orleans City Park.) ). NEW ORLEANS CITY PARK WITHDREW THIS REQUEST FROM THE AGENDA.

12) Request of the Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority, for ongoing- unclassified authority under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 4.1(d)2, for one (1) position of Program Supervisor for the Juvenile Drug Court Program and one (1) position of Program Supervisor for the Adult Drug Court Program. 13) Request of the Division of Administration, for ongoing-unclassified authority under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 4.1(d)2, for one (1) position of Deputy Commissioner of Administration. 14) Request of the Department of Environmental Quality, for an amendment to the individual pay rate adjustments under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 6.16(c), which were granted by the Commission at its general business meeting on Wednesday, March 7, 2001. Due to an administrative error, the amount requested for Ms. Annette Sharp and Ms. Peggy Hatch did not include previously earned merit increases. The requested pay adjustments should have been in the amount of $279.00 per month, rather than the $98.00 per month requested and approved. The requested effective date of these pay adjustments is November 20, 2000. (Appearance by a Representative of the Department of Environmental Quality.) THE REQUEST WAS GRANTED BY THE COMMISSION.

15) Request of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 6.16(c), for an individual pay rate adjustment in the amount of $468.00 per month for Mr. Clifford Melius, Landscape Architect 1, in the Office of State Parks.
