4) Request of the Department of Elections and Registration for authority, under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 4.1(d)2, for two additional unclassified positions of Assistant Director of Outreach and Chief Technology Officer for a three-year period; and the conversion of four unclassified positions from Rule 4.1(d)1's to 4.1(d)2's for a three-year period as follows: Investigative Liaison; Director of Outreach; Elections and Registration Fraud Liaison Director; and Fraud Investigator. 7) Request of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism for authority, under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 6.16©, for an individual pay rate adjustment of $472 per month for Sam Rykels, Museum Division Director, which entails raising his monthly salary from $3113 to $3585. 8) Request of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry for authority, under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 6.16©, for an individual pay rate adjustment of $572 per month for Jerry Bass, Equipment Superintendent, which entails raising his monthly salary from $2815 to $3387. 10) Request of the Department of Revenue for authority, under the provisions of Civil Service Rule 6.27(a), for an extension of the current exceptions to the rules on overtime compensation through December 20, 20000 for several job titles.
